 Louis Tomlinson is going to be a dad

Louis Tomlinson is going to be a father, according to reports.

The One Direction singer is expecting with stylist Briana Jungwirth, who is based in Los Angeles, reports People magazine.

A source told the site: “Louis is happy and very excited about becoming a dad and he thinks Briana will be an amazing mother.

“It was a surprise at first, but he and Briana are very, very close friends and this has brought them even closer.”

Louis' rep declined to comment.

It is thought Louis met Briana shortly after his split from long-term love Eleanor Calder.

The couple have been spotted on a number of dates since May and despite it being early days Louis has apparently vowed to be a “hands-on-dad”.

It’s thought Louis has been with Briana for all her ultrasounds so far and will be there when she gives birth early next year.
